About Subhamkar Das

Subhamkar Das is the International Data Center Business head for Sterling and Wilson. In his role he is managing the data center business in regions like South East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Subhamkar has over 20 years of experience in consulting, engineering, and project management. In his role Subhamkar engages in the design and turnkey build of mission critical data centers in India and key geographies. He has designed and successfully commissioned several large data centers notably a 40 MVA single installation for a premier telecom company in India. He has also designed and built data centers for large private banks, premier research institutes and financial institutions. His hallmark has been the energy efficient design and latest innovations he has been able to bring in for these projects.

Prior to working with Sterling and Wilson Subhamkar had worked for Hewlett Packard , IBM and Emerson Network all in the critical facilities space.

Subhamkar is a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and BE Mechanical from NIT Surat. He is an active speaker in different data center forums.
