Dr. Benjamin is an industry expert and veteran in the field of Connectivity Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of Telecom, he has contributed to the development of technologies to enable new applications of fibre optics in many areas including FTTx. He has worked across the globe in geographies such as Northern America, Africa and the Middle East.
Dr. Benjamin is currently with STL, where he is responsible for new product development and innovation in fibre cable and connectivity solutions that provide an advantage in the deployments of fibre optic networks. One of the recent breakthroughs being the industry’s first Universal fibre “Stellar”. He has been actively involved in conducting technical workshops with global customers across the Middle East and Africa with the objective to help drive new technologies.
